The Xiaomi Smart Band 10 features

A 1.62-inch AMOLED touch display with 192 × 490 pixels and a 60 Hz refresh rate, reaching up to 1,200 nits for excellent outdoor visibility. The screen adapts automatically using an ambient light sensor and supports a smooth UI experience for notifications and watch faces.

Design & Build

The band measures 46.53 × 21.63 × 10.95 mm and weighs about 15.8 g (without strap). Its aluminium alloy frame and TPU strap offer a premium yet lightweight feel; colour options include Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, Mystic Rose, Arctic Blue, and Titan Gray.

Sensors & Health Tracking

Equipped with an accelerometer, gyroscope, a high-precision optical heart-rate sensor and SpO₂ monitoring, the Band 9 supports 24/7 heart rate and blood-oxygen tracking, advanced sleep analysis (including REM), stress monitoring, breathing exercises and other health insights via the Mi Fitness app.

Sports & Training

The band supports over 150 sport modes and provides advanced training metrics such as VO₂ max, recovery time and training load. Optional accessories expand running metrics (cadence, stride length, ground contact time) for more detailed workouts.

Battery & Charging

Powered by a 233 mAh battery, the Band 10 delivers up to 21 days of typical use, around 9 days with Always-On Display enabled, and shorter endurance under heavy monitoring. It charges magnetically in about an hour.

Connectivity & Durability

The device uses Bluetooth 5.4 and is compatible with Android 8.0+ and iOS 12.0+. It is rated 5 ATM (50 m) water resistant, suitable for swimming and everyday water exposure but not for high-speed water sports or hot showers.

Additional Notes

The global version does not include NFC for payments (NFC is available in some China-region variants). Haptic feedback is provided by a linear motor with multiple vibration patterns for alerts and notifications.
