Shipping Policy

Where We Deliver

Xiaomi Kenya delivery is available countrywide. We ship across Kenya through our own riders in Nairobi and trusted courier partners for upcountry destinations. Pay on Delivery is available on eligible orders countrywide.

Delivery Timelines

  • Within Nairobi County: 45 minutes to 1 hour Nairobi delivery via our own riders.
  • Upcountry Areas: 2–3 business days via courier partners.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free CBD delivery is available for orders within Nairobi CBD and Mombasa CBD.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is shared once your order is dispatched, so you can follow it from our store to your door.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase. Our returns and refunds terms are below.

Return Window

  • Non-defective items (change of mind) may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Xiaomi Store Kenya covers the return shipping costs.
  • For returns not related to defects or damage (e.g., exchanging a phone model for a higher variant), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Opened electronics
  • Personal care products such as earbuds and earphones
  • Free gifts

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after inspection of the returned item and issued to your original payment method (M-Pesa, card, or bank transfer).
