Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY
For orders within Nairobi and environments will be dispatched immediately and customer recieve goods within 45 Minutes to 1hrs(depending with the location)
For all upcountry orders if placed today our customers will receive in the following day (excluding Sundays and holidays) after receiving your order you will get confirmation through phone call or email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHOD :
Up country orders are usually shipped and received the following day. (Monday – Saturday) using G4s courier, Wells Fargo courier,Jumia courier, and local sacco shuttle via request from customers
Shipping Status :
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation a phone call or email and share the tracking no.from the shipping company (a copy of the receipts from shipping company) and for orders Within Nairobi once confirmed our company riders deliver straight to the customer (customer should expect our riders call)
If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation right away, don’t worry! Could be the order was made overnight but we will confirm between 9.00 am to 10.00 am
We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by a call or email
Order changes :
Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified or canceled. If you’d wish to return a product, you’ve outlined the returns procedure once you’ve received the item.
Item not received :
If you’ve successfully placed an order and haven’t received it yet we will confirm with the shipping company all the details including location of the goods and give feedback of the same .
