Warranty period
The warranty period is indicated on your purchase receipt.

Warranty and Repair Policy
Xiaomi Store Kenya provides the following Warranty Coverage.
For Smartphones:
All smartphones you buy from us come with a 1-year or 25-month official distributor warranty.
For Eco Products:
Eco products include a 5-day replacement & refund period and a 3-month after-sales warranty.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Replacements and refunds are available only within the first 5 days of purchase.
A product is eligible for replacement only in the following cases:
- The product is faulty upon delivery (not functioning properly).
- The wrong product was delivered (different from what was ordered) in case of delivery.
- For wrong-product replacements, the delivered product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be replaced.
- After 5 days, customers can claim the after-sales warranty for repair services if the product is damaged or not performing as expected.
- Repair services are available for damaged or non-working products; customers bear the cost of spare parts and logistics for delivery customers.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
- Damage due to misuse, liquid spills, accidental drops, general wear and tear, or mechanical damage.
- Tampering, alteration, or repairs by unauthorized persons (warranty void; paid repairs may be available).
- If the IMEI or MAC number is deleted, defaced, or altered making the product unidentifiable.
- Damage caused by accidents, lightning, or natural disasters.
- Burns or damage due to power failures or voltage surges.
- The product receipt and box with the serial number must be kept for the entire warranty period.
- Each warranty case is assessed individually.
