Replacement & Refund Policy Replacements and refunds will be available only within the first 5 days of purchase. A product is eligible for replacement only in the following cases: The product is faulty upon delivery (not functioning properly). The wrong product was delivered (product is different from what was ordered) incase of delivery. For a wrong product replacement, the delivered product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be replaced. After 5 days, customers can claim the after-sales warranty for repair services if the product is damaged or not performing as expected. We will provide repair services if the product is damaged or not working properly, but the customer has to bear the cost of spare parts and logistics for delivery customers. What is Not Covered Under Warranty? Any damage due to misuse of the product, liquid spills, accidental drops or general wear and tear or any mechanical damage will not be covered in the warranty.
