Xiaomi Store kenya provides the following:
Warranty Coverage
For Smartphones:
All smartphones you buy from us come with a 1-year or 25 months official distributor warranty.
For Eco Products:
Our Eco products include a 5-day replacement & refund warranty and a 3-month after-sales warranty.
Replacement & Refund Policy
Replacements and refunds will be available only within the first 5 days of purchase.
A product is eligible for replacement only in the following cases: 
The product is faulty upon delivery (not functioning properly).
The wrong product was delivered (product is different from what was ordered) incase of delivery.
For a wrong product replacement, the delivered product must be unused, in its original packaging, with the seal intact. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, it cannot be replaced.
After 5 days, customers can claim the after-sales warranty for repair services if the product is damaged or not performing as expected. 
We will provide repair services if the product is damaged or not working properly, but the customer has to bear the cost of spare parts and logistics for delivery customers.
What is Not Covered Under Warranty?
Any damage due to misuse of the product, liquid spills, accidental drops or general wear and tear or any mechanical damage will not be covered in the warranty.
If the product has been tampered with, altered or repaired by an unauthorized person, the warranty will be void. Although we can assist on paid repairs where applicable
If the IMEI or Mac number of the product is deleted, defaced or altered which makes the product unidentifiable, the warranty will be invalid.
Damage to products caused by accidents, lightning or any natural disaster will not be not covered by the company.
Burns or damage due to power failures or voltage surges are not covered.
The product’s Receipt and box with the serial number must be kept for the entire warranty period.
Each warranty case is assessed individually.
