For Smartphones (1 Year Warranty):
In 1st year of warranty Hardware, Software, and Service charges will be covered in the warranty.
Some smartphones may have a 2years warranty
This warranty covers the handset only. There is no warranty on allied accessories such as batteries, chargers, and Earphones.
In the case of Mobile Phones: Mobile Performance issues, refund, replacement, and repair services will be decided and given by the Aftersales department.
All Xiaomi phones do not have earphones in the packaging however you can purchase earphones separately.
For ECO Products (3 Months Warranty):
If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, we will get it picked up for free.
Once the wrong product is received by us, we will dispatch the correct product within 7 working days.
In case of replacement/repair, the customer has to bear the shipping charges to ship the product back to us after that our QC department will check if the issue is valid or not and will share the final wording
The process of QC can take up to 7 working days and if the issue is valid then we will provide replacement/repair for the product within 3-5 working days after confirmation
The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged if it’s under warranty
The product should be present in its original product packaging
All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product together
Burnt and Broken Products are NOT Covered under Any Warranty or any mechanical damage
Water Damage or any Physical Damage Done by you will not be covered in any Warranty Policy
Complimentary Accessories (i.e. Power Bank Cable, Charger Cable, Pouch, etc) are not in Any Warranty Claim Policy
Repair damage through 3rd party personnel NOT Covered in Warranty Policy
Damage/Scratches from outside sources NOT Covered in Warranty
Damage from misuse of the product (including, but not limited to: fall drops, extreme temperatures, water exposure, and operating devices improperly, etc) NOT Covered in Warranty
Purchases from unauthorized resellers NOT Covered in Any Warranty
Xiaomi Stores Kenya is not liable to release replacement if the product is not working only on a phone or two
Cables input/output are broken or damage from the single/both side is not covered in the warranty
Bluetooth Speakers’ input, output, water damage, and speakers volume damage are not covered in the warranty
If the Product sent back doesn’t turn out to be Faulty: o We recommend you ensure that product you are sending back is faulty. Try it with different devices. You may call our representatives who will help you reset the device where applicable. If the product turns out to be faulty, you can ship the product to us to claim the warranty by paying one-way shipping charges (Whatever amount the logistic company charges you). If you send the product within the warranty period and the product is faulty, we will send you repaired/replacement product free of charge within 7 working days
In case of a canceled order, any advance amount received against the transaction is returned within 10 working days only if the product is not being shipped by Xiaomi Stores Kenya
For any pre-booking orders, the initial amount deposited to pre-book the product is non-refundable.
