Design

The Xiaomi Redmi 10C has a decent design, with a peculiar camera module layout. And the position of the fingerprint scanner is a bit uncomfortable until one gets used to it. What we mean is that it will be hard to reach if you have small hands. It gets a job done regardless, and you have no problems unlocking the device. As long as you can reach it of course. Even though Xiaomi Redmi 10C lacks fast charging, it comes with a USB C port. It also has a really good battery life. Its Li-Po 5000 mAh, non-removable may seem standard, but it seems pretty well optimized to meet or exceed expectations. You will find it pretty impressive.

This phone comes with memory options of 64 GB or 128 GB. And you can expand this with an SD card. Xiaomi Redmi 10C comes loaded with MiUI 13 and Android 11. Not sure how soon we’ll see an Android 12 update, but hopefully it should come. MIUI 13 is on this phone is much in the same as that on Redmi 11 with the exemption of second space. You will still need to uninstall a couple of preinstalled apps during setup. You get the memory extension feature, which adds 1GB of virtual RAM to the default 4GB RAM on the device. You will be satisfied with the results here. You can switch to 50MP mode to take higher-resolution photos. Again this phone is capable of shooting 1080p@30fps videos from both selfie and rear cameras.
