Shipping and Cancellation

Xiaomi Store kenya we offer delivery services all over Kenya.

Delivery Timings
We make deliveries from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
We have only Rider deliveries on Sundays and public holidays between 10:30AM to 4:30 PM

Estimated Delivery Time
We aim to deliver orders done today before 3:00 pm within the following business day all across Kenya, Deliveries within Nairobi and Environment by Riders are done same day and will take a maximum of one hour apon confirmation. Delivery may vary during sale days. Xiaomi Store Kenya will not be responsible for shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as: 
The recipient being unavailable or uncontactable on the delivery day.
Incorrect shipping addresses.Severe weather conditions or other external factors.

In case of delays from our side, we will notify customers with an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Charges
We offer both free and paid delivery on all our orders across Kenya.
Receiving Your Package
All packages delivered are sealed at the Xiaomi Stores before shipment. Upon receiving the package, check for any visible damage or tampering. 
If you notice any damage or signs of opening during transit, do not accept the package.
Return it to the courier, and we will replace the item within a few days.
Proof of Delivery & Refund Claims
Address Modification
Once an order is placed, the delivery address can be changed after that if a call is done to support the same with the same order no.
To update the address, you must cancel the order first and reorder with the correct details.
If payment has already been made, refunds will be processed as per our refund policy.

Incorrect Deliveries

If your package is delivered to the wrong person, contact our delivery partners or Xiaomi Store Kenya Customer Service immediately for assistance.
Pre-Booking Order Cancellations
Pre-orders for any kind of product cannot be canceled.
If you choose to cancel, your submitted payment will not be refunded or adjusted.
Delivery in Nairobi and Environment
We use our own riders for deliveries across Nairobi.

Refund on Order Cancellations
